About Us
Our Mission: To provide a pleasurable construction experience to everyone that works with our company whether they be an employee, supplier, sub trade or customer. We build all of our relationships on the foundation of teamwork, fairness and trust.
Our Goal: To help further the home building industry by participating in local associations, upgrading our technical and business skills and providing a consistent quality product.
Canadian Constructors International Ltd. was formed in August 1992 and is registered in British Columbia, Canada. In the early part of 2004 the name was simplified to CCI Renovations to better reflect the image and direction of the company.

We are proud of the team of personnel and suppliers that it has joined together to provide the products and services that our clients expect. Although we specialize in residential renovations, our experience includes commercial, industrial, residential and recreational projects. Such a broad base allows us the luxury of meeting a great variety of needs without having to consult outside of the company.

At CCI Renovations we pride ourselves in keeping current with industry trends and standards. As a member of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association our personnel are constantly taking certification courses and often achieve the highest marks. John Friswell now has successfully achieved the designations of Registered Renovation Professional and Registered Housing Professional. CCI Renovations is currently submitting for the company designation as a Certified Renovator.
We also take pride in the use of ethical business practices. CCI Renovations' owner, John Friswell, sits on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau - Mainland BC.
