CCI RENOVATIONS
This Vancouver character family home had an outdated ’70s kitchen and only one bathroom. To restore the original character and add functionality, the kitchen area was completely redesigned. The new kitchen layout, which boasts new cabinetry and an island, allowed for the installation of a staircase leading to the downstairs area, a custom-designed powder room and main-floor laundry room. The deck on the rear of the house was also restored. The upstairs bathroom was completely remodelled and a full bathroom was added in the basement. A new high-efficiency furnace and an on-demand hot water system were installed in the home. |
