| When we began our research for companies to renovate our basement, we were very apprehensive as to whom we could trust. After researching companies online and asking our friends for referrals, we narrowed it down to three different companies. When we met John, the owner of CCI Renovations, we knew his company was the right for us. Being professional yet personable, John answered all our questions honestly and thoroughly and he came up with a plan that worked for us. We were assigned a project manager, Jessica, who assisted us in every step of the process and answered all our queries knowledgably and efficiently. Our greatest concern was to stay within our budget and timeline and CCI ensured that we did. We now have a professionally renovated basement that has doubled our useable living space and we have received numerous compliments from friends and family. I just want to say thanks for the outstanding job you did on our home renovation. You exceeded our expectations! Many thanks to Jan, Peter, Louise, and your first class team of designers, carpenters, and trades who worked diligently to make our project an unmitigated success. And last but certainly not least, David Ritchie who did an unbelievable job managing the project, keeping it on time and, remarkably, under budget. The success of our project can be attributed in no small measure to Dave's hard work, attention to detail, responsiveness, and even keeled approach. I really can't say enough about Dave. He is a consummate professional. Our friends and relatives can't stop talking about how great our home looks, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. For anyone considering a home renovation, and especially those who are uneasy about the significant stress and uncertainties that often go along with renovating, I would recommend CCI in the strongest terms and without reservation.
Looking back I can tell you that hiring CCI was undoubtedly the best decision we made. We started our project with an independent designer and interviewed many different contractors, so we got a taste of what's out there. Suffice it to say, the early stages of our project were daunting and unnerving. But once we hired CCI, everything went smoothly and we were put at ease. It was a pleasure to work with you to come up with a realistic budget and project plan that fit our unique needs. You listened when we said keeping the project on budget was our foremost priority. At each step, Dave made sure we were within budget without compromising quality, and the results look fantastic. All the complements from our friends and family are great, but it is not just the outstanding results that we are most impressed with, it is the way you achieved them. You listened and understood what was important to us, you communicated clearly, and then backed up your words by doing exactly what you said you were going to do. Bravo!
Undoubtedly not all renovators operate at the same level, and given our experience, it is clear that the CCI team is in a league of its own. It was a pleasure working with all of you.

| CCI recently completed a full renovation of our kitchen, family room and en-suite bathroom. Their responsibilities included space planning, interior design, material and product selection, and construction. The complete project exceeds our expectations and was well within budget. However, most pleasing was the friendliness/helpfulness of the CCI team and their desire to ensure that the end product satisfies the client's needs and that any problems are corrected in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to recommend CCI for any residential renovation project.

As I sit down to (finally) write this, it has been one year since work began on my house.
CCI Renovations has transformed my plain, 1950s bungalow into a modern, spacious home that is a fantastic venue for entertaining friends and family. From the first time I met John Friswell and his team, their expertise and guidance masterfully led me through the design and construction of my new home. CCI Renovations listened to my desired outcome upon undertaking this project, and put together a design that not only met but exceeded my expectations.
The renovation was successful due to meticulous project planning and competent trades people who took pride in quality workmanship. The construction was completed with minimal disruption on the neighbourhood, by a team of professional, neat and courteous people.
